Purchase Terms

1. Parties

These Purchase Terms apply to all transactions between HIPARIS CONSULTING FZCO, Trade Licence No. 86667, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("Company") and any individual completing a purchase ("Client").

2. What You're Buying

Digital access to an online educational course delivered via the Kajabi platform, for personal non-commercial use only.

3. Acceptance

Completing payment constitutes full acceptance of these Purchase Terms and our Terms of Use.

4. Price & Payment

Prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe/PayPal. Prices may change — this will not affect orders already paid.

5. Access Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive a Kajabi invitation to your email within 24 hours. Access duration is stated on the course page.

6. Your Obligations

• Use content for personal learning only

• Do not copy, share, distribute, or resell any course materials

• Provide accurate information at registration

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once course access has been activated. A refund may be issued within 3 calendar days of purchase if the course content has not been accessed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
